This life-sized sculpture displayed throughout Vatican City is the complete rendition of the papal regalia which is used by Popes of the Vatican as their Coat of Arms.

Why does their Coat of Arms display each Pope wearing a horrific slave collar?

The beehive crown symbolizes the collective consciousness of another race of beings that have taken over the planet.
